My Favorite Morning Protein Shake!!
All you need is a few items
Ingredients:
1 scoop of Slim-Fast Protein Powder
1 Cup of Silk Pure-Almond Unsweetened
1/2 cup of frozen bananas
3 ice cubes
Directions:
* Add all the Ingredients into the blender. Blend for 30 secs, make sure all the ice cubes and frozen bananas are blended well.
* Tip: Buy a bundle of Bananas slice them all up, put them in a zip lock bag and place them in the freezer. Use them when needed. (Bananas stay good in the freezer for 2-3 months, make sure you label the bag).
Total Calories: 180
