*For most people planning a wedding can be stressful and unorganized. I have a quick and easy solution to stay organized with your bridesmaids!!
How to use Google Docs...
This program is simple and works just like Microsoft Word.
Step 1
Go to your gmail account and Click Drive (on the top of the page)
Step 2
Click Create Document
Step 3
Share with your bridesmaid
- add their emails
- Make sure you change the share setting to anyone with the link
Why this will help you stay organized with your Bridal Party?
1. You can add important info & dates to the Doc; such as bridal party meetings, dates of showers, pictures of shoes, when looking for the right shoe for the bridal party and much more.
2. On the top left there is a spot to chat with whoever you shared the link with.
3. Multiple users can edit and add at the same time.
4. You can create a table:
By clicking Table
then add the amount of squares you need
ex: 4 by 4 squares because you have 4 bridesmaid and 4 different dates they
can sign up for.
5. If you have a bridesmaid who lives far and can't make it to the meetings. All you need to do is post the topics you talk about at the meeting. This will give her a chance to be apart of the planning process. (My best friend lives in Texas and I love that she contribute ideas and advice through the google docs)
6. You can add Google calendars to the Doc, so if anyone is going out of town they can put it on the calendars ahead of time. This helps with planning showers, and dates to meet up.
